Boiler Servicing

It is a legal requirements that all Gas appliances and pipe work in rented premises are checked annually, this includes:

• Check flue terminals
• Check for gas leaks
• Check operation of the boiler and look for any faults
• Ventilation for the appliance
• Burner pressure
• Gas rating
• Safety devices
• Performance analysis
• Visible pipe work and controls check
• CP12 Certificates issued

We will also remind you 10 days before the next one is due, so you don't have to worry about forgetting.
